Clearview Washing is not responsible or liable for any of the following conditions or situations: Window Cleaning:  This estimate does not include hard water removal, window repair, screen repair, or any restoration treatment of your windows by standard.  If these services are required they must be discussed in advance with your sales representative and it will be quoted separately. We no longer clean storm windows, they are extremely time consuming and exposed too much liability. We are not responsible for broken window seals, leaky windows and doors, or worn, torn or damaged screens.  Your outside water source must be turned on in advance of your service appointment. Soft Wash:  All windows must be closed and locked prior to your exterior house cleaning appointment. [...]
