The exterior of your windows is soaped and rinsed during our house washing process. However, we do not squeegee or dry them by hand.

What Happens If It Rains On My Day Of Service?
We wait until the day of service to see the exact weather and radar, often the weather predictions are off. Our team works in the wind and rain. If the weather is too extreme, our office staff will reach out regarding rescheduling the service.
I Have Well Water, Is That OK?
Many of our customers use a well for their water supply. When our team arrives, they check the well to make sure it can handle our process. If there are any issues, we will notify you immediately.
Do You Use My Water?
Yes, we do require access to working outside water, generally an accessible spigot on the outside of the house.
Do I Need To Be Home For My Services?
No. For your convenience, you do not need to be home. On the day we arrive, please close your windows and doors. We'll also need access to a outside water spigot.
Who Will Be Doing The Job?
We do not hire undocumented workers. All of our technicians have to pass stringent testing and training in the use of your equipment, safety program and customer service. You can relax in the knowledge that the technician on your job is experienced, well trained, polite and will treat your home as if it were theirs.
