Do I need to be home?
Only for interior services. Exterior services require access to water and secured doors, windows, and pets.
How long does cleaning take?
Every job is different. We stay as long as needed to achieve the best results.
What are the dark stains on my roof?
It’s most likely algae (Gloeocapsa magma). Our soft wash process safely kills and treats the growth without damaging shingles.
Do you use your own water?
We use your water supply via an exterior spigot.
What happens if it rains?
We monitor weather conditions closely and reschedule if needed. All services include our Rain Guarantee.
Who will be doing the work?
Only trained, certified Clearview technicians — never subcontractors.
