Beaches
The beaches at Windward Beach Park are located on the Metedeconk River and offer a great place to take your dog for a walk. There’s also a picnic area here, so you can make it into a day of family fun.
The town operates three ocean beaches along Route 35 and one riverfront beach at Windward Beach Park on Princeton Avenue, all of which are staffed by lifeguards 7 days a week from mid-June through Labor Day. Season badges are $25 before June 15 and $30 after, plus a daily wristband for $5.
It’s important to note that all beach access is subject to social distancing regulations and beach staff will patrol the areas on foot throughout the day to ensure everyone adheres to these guidelines. Anyone not following these rules will be denied beach access. This is why we recommend visiting at a reasonable time when the crowds are less.
Events
Brick Township’s Windward Beach Park is home to a number of fun and entertaining activities. Its three ocean beaches and one riverfront beach offer swimming, fishing, and crabbing opportunities, along with playgrounds, picnic areas, and more.
The township also hosts a number of fun and exciting events throughout the summer. The most memorable of these is the annual SummerFest Concert Series, which kicks off on June 30 and continues Thursdays through July 21.
In addition to the concerts, there are several family-friendly attractions, including a food court, beer and wine garden, and car show. Other events include a drive-in movie and National Night Out in August.

Picnic Areas
If you’re looking for a picnic spot in Brick Township, NJ, Windward Beach Park is the place to go. This waterfront park along Metedeconk River offers gorgeous sunsets and a sandy beach that you can enjoy with your family.

Windward Beach Park is a family-friendly beach with easy parking, bathrooms, and a snack bar. There is no fee for kids 12 and under.
A daily wristband is $5, but season badges are available for $25 before June 15 and $30 after. Seniors and veterans receive free beach access with a senior or military ID.
